M4 to M22 bolts. Forging capabilities range from 1.6mm through to 40mm diameter.

Upto 6 station cold forming machines. Nut Formers/ Part Formers ranging from 11B to 24B.  Hot Bolt former to produce nuts using induction heating of continuously fed bar stock  

Cold forging capacity of upto 

15000 MT per  year.

Cylindrical grinding, Spark Erosion, Monogram engraving machines are available to make quality tooling.

Conventional machinery like lathes, milling machine, hydraulic press, shaping and cutter grinding and drilling machines are there to support various operations.

Ferrous and Non Ferrous components.

Carburizing Furnace: For processing of very large parts with better accuracy than retort-style furnaces. Furnace can operate at temperatures up to 1850°F.

Sorting Machines by CCM: Dedicated sorting machines for Bolts & Nuts delivering global quality standards 

Surface Treatment Setup: Zinc White, Zing Yellow, Bright Nickel, Chrome, Black Oxide, Cadmium Yellow, Electro Green
